This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Savannah! You DO NOT get better! It’s truly heaven on earth. So peaceful, so quiet, and the hosts are truly unbelievably hospitable! They go above and beyond every single time! We’re already planning our trip in May!

I felt spoiled for Valentine’s because this place was so nice! Every room in the house is just perfectly styled! The home is older so you do expect some creaks and rattles. But the charm far outweighs that! We even used Uber Eats to order some local pizza. No problem for them finding us either. The bed was super comfy. We loved our stay! Parking off the street at the rear was super convenient and clear instructions to get in the gate and back door. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Our family chose Savannah and the Hummingbird house for our annual "destination Christmas" trip. The Hummingbird home was beautiful and spacious with plenty of room to accommodate our party of eight. Each of the bedrooms had an en suite bathroom which was definitely a plus. The beds were very comfortable. The house is very close to the beautiful and iconic Forsyth Park and walkable to the riverfront through the many gorgeous Savannah parks. Although we did not cook a meal while at Hummingbird, the kitchen was extremely well equipped for that. The hosts were very responsive and friendly and it was apparent that they cared that our experience in the house and in Savannah was a pleasant one. Overall, our entire group had a wonderful time and we would definitely book again on a return trip to Savannah.

My husband and I had a great one year anniversary trip. The room was beautifully designed, cozy bed, clean, quiet, with complimentary chips and filtered water. We were able to walk to foryth park for brunch and Savannah's historic district. Having the free parking was great. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The host provided very specific instructions and directions to locate the Airbnb so we could find it no problem. It was a very cozy stay and very clean. The host messaged us the second morning to check how everything was and ensure we were having a good stay. Very friendly, always responsive.

This place well exceeded expectations all around! For starters, the location is perfect! It's just a few minutes walk to Forsyth Park where there's a wonderful brunch place to try! There are many other tasty restaurants that are all in walking distance also, so location -spot on! Parking is a little tight but ample. The safety and security of this little spot is great! It's directly off of a main street so there's plenty of lighting. There's a code-lock gate first, then a code-lock door to the lobby, THEN a code-lock door to your specific unit! Personally, I loved that! I felt safe at every turn! The unit itself is upstairs, so if stairs are a problem then this may not be for you. The staircase is well maintained and sturdy, and well lit with a motion light so no worries there! The room itself is beautiful! The bed and bedding and the historic look of the furniture and art are touches that bring you right in to Savannah! Of course there are modern pieces also, like a coffee pot and mini fridge/freezer -complete with a Brita pitcher and a tray of ice, that was well appreciated! You also have your very own attached bathroom which is, of course, a huge plus! The shower is tall and roomy and has 2 shower head options and they provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bathroom altogether is crisp and clean and very well designed. They even provided us small toothbrushes and toothpaste, how thoughtful! I had read some other reviews that mention an excess of street noise and that's not really the case. We did hear sirens once and maybe a car with some loud music go by, but our stay was during the weekend and the noise was not bad at all! The hosts even provide little earplugs on the nightstand just in case! To sum it all up, this little gem is a 10/10 for me! I'm very glad I found this place and if I return to Savannah anytime soon, needless to say I know where I'm staying!

We enjoyed this Airbnb. We came for the half marathon which started on Forsyth park, and it was an easy walk to the start. Parking was a major bonus. The room was exactly as described. There was another person the adjacent bedroom but we never heard him. We would stay again.

My husband and I came for our anniversary and hadn’t been to Savannah before. Our host provided us local recommendations and were always very responsive. The space was BEAUTIFUL with a king sized canopy bed and private bathroom. The carriage house is in a great area and private. We will be back!
